・Those who will perform should select “Performer”, and those who will not perform should select “Audience”.

・Payment will be processed using the Applicants email address. Therefore, please list as the Applicant the person who will pay the participation fees for all participants.

・Each form can include up to 8 people.

【Audience】
There are two types of “Audience”:
　3rd Floor A Seat: ¥5,000
　4th Floor B Seat: ¥3,500
　※ All seats are unreserved within each zone.

【Performer】
　“Performer” are ¥10,000 per student.

※Students participating in performances by the “Performer” are requested to be seated in the designated waiting area and to follow the guidance and instructions of the staff when entering and exiting the performance arena. The assembly time for the waiting area will be announced in the event program on the day. However, performing students may sit with their families in their family’s zone when they are not waiting and performing.
※We recommend that family members and teachers accompanying the performers purchase A seats. The waiting area for performers participating from overseas is scheduled to be located on the 3rd floor, the same level as the A seats.

・Overseas participants are not able to register for the following pieces, due to required attendance of prior rehearsals.
＊Mendelssohn: Violin Concerto in E minor
＊Mozart: Symphony No. 41 “Jupiter”

・On the day of the concert, pieces will be performed from advanced to easier pieces.
You may join from the piece you can play. (You will be guided to where you need to be to play your pieces).
Please prepare to play all the pieces from the piece you will start with until the “Twinkle Variation” Finale.
